This Privacy Policy describes how and when Claps Artificial Intelligence Inc. ("Claps AI") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our Services. Claps AI receives your information through our Apps and/or websites, to which this Privacy Policy is posted.

### Creating an Account and Profile Information

If you create an account, you will provide us with certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, and phone number ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII"). We may also collect non-identifying demographic information (such as your gender or date of birth), location data, and other information that is not considered PII because it cannot be used by itself to identify you.

### Voice Data Collection and Storage

When you use Vent, we collect and store voice recordings that you provide for the purpose of creating your voice clone. This includes the original recordings, generated voice clone data, associated models, voice interaction data, and chat histories. We also collect technical information about voice quality metrics and processing parameters. Your voice data is considered sensitive personal information and receives additional protections beyond standard PII. All voice data is protected using industry-standard encryption during both storage and transmission.


### Contacts

We may use phone numbers for finding your friends on Vent. To do this, you give us authorization to access and store your contacts information from your address book on your mobile device ("Contacts"). We will use your Contacts to identify other Users you may know and provide connection suggestions.

If you invite a Contact to the service, we will send an invitation on your behalf via SMS text message. This will include your name and sometimes the recipient's name, along with a link to the app. You agree that the Contacts you invite to Vent are ages 13 or over and eligible to sign up.

### Use of Your Information

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, create and maintain voice clones, and administer your use of the Services. We use your information to enable you to enjoy and navigate our Services, train and improve our voice cloning technology, ensure proper use of voice clones, and prevent misuse and abuse. We may also use your information to send you updates about our Services, respond to your requests, and facilitate your use of the Services.

### Location Information

We may access your location by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation or by accessing your mobile device's GPS coordinates or coarse location. We use this information primarily for service optimization and security purposes. You may disable location features after initial registration, though this may limit certain functionalities.

### Technical Data Collection

We use "Cookie" technology to collect additional information about your use of our Services. A Cookie is a small data file placed on your computer's hard disk. We may use both session Cookies and persistent Cookies to identify that you've logged in to the Services and to improve your experience.

We also use Web Beacons, which are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, to track and measure the performance of our Services. Our servers automatically record Log Data created by your use of the Services, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage patterns. ### Voice Clone Data Sharing

Your voice clone data will never be shared with third parties except when explicitly authorized by you, as required by law, or with service providers who help process voice data. We may use anonymized voice data for research and development purposes to improve our services.

### Information Shared with Other Users

Voice chat sessions are only accessible to authorized participants, and your voice clone is only available to users you explicitly authorize. Profile information visibility can be customized through your privacy settings. When you participate in voice chats, the content will be available to other participants in that session.

### Information Shared with Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us. These providers only access PII and voice data for performing necessary services and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and meet strict security requirements for voice data handling.

### Information Disclosed for Protection

We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose information when necessary to respond to legal requests, protect rights and safety, prevent illegal or harmful activities, and verify proper use of voice clones.

### Information Disclosed in Business Transfers

If Claps AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset. You will be notified of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

## 3. Your Choices and Controls

### Voice Data Controls

You maintain control over your voice data and can delete your voice recordings, request removal of your voice clone, control access permissions, export your data, and limit voice clone usage. These controls are available through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

### General Privacy Controls

You can opt out of non-essential communications, modify your account and profile information, control location tracking, and manage cookie preferences through your account settings.

## 4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain voice data and PII for as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account, voice recordings, voice clone data, chat history, and personal information at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

## 5. Security

We implement enhanced security measures specifically designed for voice data protection. This includes end-to-end encryption for voice data transmission, secure storage with encryption at rest, strict access controls and authentication, regular security audits, and comprehensive breach detection and response protocols.
